The Old Cello Workshop is split level

 

The front door is accessed from a cobbled lane, which is principally pedestrian, but may be used for guests to park and unload.

 

Entrance Hall, Kitchen and Bathroom are on the level from the front door.

 

The Lounge and Dining area is up 5 steps from the landing outside the Kitchen.

 

The Two Double Bedrooms are 2 steps down to a turn in the staircase, and then a further 7 steps down to the lower bedroom level. A separate Toilet, and a separate Shower Room are adjacent to the 2 Double Bedrooms. All is on the flat at this level.

 

The Twin Bedroom in the attic is accessed via a second  staircase from the Entrance Hall. This is a standard, straight run.

 

The Patio area is accessed either by walking down the cobbled lane, or through a wrought iron gate at the top of a short flight of external steps.
