"We chose this cottage as equidistant place for us all to meet up. Found the hidey-hole in the living room which made for lots of laughs and mother scaring opportunities!! Also tried out Rustique restaurant (v nice but a bit hot) The George and Dragon at Hudswell (Mum liked it 'cos she got chatted up by the locals) and dog walking in the middle of the night up to the tower to watch a meteorite shower (no meteors). "The most relaxing stay in your wonderful cottage. Just perfect location for dog walking. Especially enjoyed walks along the river and up to George and Dragon @ Hudswell. Other highlights - taking dog on beach at Sandsend & fish and chips by harbour in Whitby. Also walking by Aysgarth Falls. Will recommend the cottage.
